Kolo Guarantee   Kolo is committed to raising
the standard of excellence in archival "photo-safe" products,
and inspiring a passion for photo presentation and storage. We guarantee
everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products when
you receive it, or if it does not perform to your satisfaction, please
return it to the store you purchased it. If you purchased the product
direct from Kolo, please return it to us directly within 30 days from
the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Damage from wear and
tear will be repaired for a reasonable charge.
How to Return your item:
1. Place the product in the original shipping box.
Completely fill out a return form that was included with your invoice.
Be sure to include your order number and customer code number on the form.
3. Cut out and adhere to the box a preprinted return label that is located
on your invoice.
4. For your own protection, insure the package for the full value of your

on Saturdays and Sundays. At this time, Kolo ships customer orders using
UPS Ground and USPS Priority services. At this time Kolo ships to United

Tax   Kolo charges sales tax for orders
that are shipped to Connecticut and Massachusetts. Recipients of orders
from all other states are responsible to comply with local and state tax
